Physical Education Core: Grades 8 - 11
Foundation Programme Grades 8 & 9
Two Year course where pupils learn 8 different disciplines (Athletics, Baseball, Basketball, Football, Gymnastics, Handball, Hockey, Volleyball).
Activities are broken down into step by step components and reasons are given as to why techniques are tackled out in a particular way. Pupils are challenged not necessarily to perform better than others, but to perform to the best of their ability.
Comprehensive Programme Grades 10& 11
